Here's how it works, you get 2 vote for subtracting, and 2 votes for adding. You take 2 tallys away from a band and add 2 tallys to another band. The last band wins. No consecutive voting. If you are the one to eliminate a band, delete the entire line for the band, leaving only the remaining bands. If you eliminate a band, you can add one with 2 points. the ten bands to start with.
