Energy Drinks what do you guys think about energy drinks? Personally I think they all taste like piss, but I know loads of people who drink them.
Anyone here down Monster or Red Bull when they need a lift?
I prefer cappuccino.

I do shots of espresso a few times a day.
Luckily they only cost 35-60 cents here, and better than StarBuck$

I drink coffee and water... lots and lots of coffee. Oh, and wine!
I stay away from energy drinks, too much sugar, I hate the idea of my workout and all those calories I killed, being added right back in my system via a drink.

ive heard that you can drink a coke or similar within 30 mins of a hard cardio workout without it turning to fat. i havent checked because ignorance is bliss!
