I like the Decemberist Crane Wife 1, 2 & 3 - yes, I'm cheating, and yes I'm biased towards the song, but I'm standing by my decision!

California One / Youth and Beauty Brigade (On Colin Meloy Sings Live, the song is well over 10 minutes, and the original album version isn't that far off, so I figure it counts). Decemberists have some really incredible long songs.
Emily by Joanna Newsom (if you can listen to her voice for that long. I have no problem with it, but I know some people who just can't listen to Joanna's music. Too bad for them).
It Falls Apart - For Stars (again, I'm fudging the numbers here a little - I have this song as 9:57, but with a couple of seconds delay at the ends, who's to say this can't be >10 minutes? It really is a beautiful song, though).
There's some really good stuff in Tilly and the Wall's The Ice Storm, Big Gust, and You, but such a huge portion of the song is just silence, or muted background noise. I usually skip the middle of the song, so I wouldn't really count it. But I thought I'd mention it.

Such a change from all the old skool rnb I listen to, where most songs average 2:30.
