Going to Toronto!
WOOP! Baby and I heading up to Toronto for the weekend to see family, and buy some fabric & records! If you are on Queen St. Saturday and see me with an arm full of records... say, "alloooo tsuuuu-ruuuuu!" :D

Greetings from the Great White North, or since it's summertime - the Great Nice & Sunny North! We've managed to pick up a great haul of records!! Woop!! And lots of pics to come later. =)

Seriously... we bought soooo much vinyl! Baby picked up a rare girl group one by Reparata & The Delrons Whenever A Teenager Cries here's the CD cover, but we got the original vinyl! Also got Kevin Drew, Rumours, the only Pearl Jam album I really care about (Vitalogy), Roberta Flack, She & Him, Talking Heads, Decemberists... This was between 4 record shops, one was not really a shop, but a couple milk carts of records on the street. Then, at soundscapes (our fave CD store), we got the Best of Reparata & The Delrons and Santagold (both for baby). I also picked up some fake mustaches, and a airplane you attach to a bicycle to make the propeller spin when you ride.. AND, we got a couple items of clothing (including an "ironic" studded belt for me)... finished the walk with some street-meat, and now we are chilling out before heading to the Jazz Fest down at the beaches. We expect to end up at a lounge with baby's brother (assuming they let me in, there is a dress code of sorts for most Toronto clubs)... Finally, in the morning, we'll head up to Port Perry to visit Ma! Monday, on the way back, we expect to hit a leather store for more stock for http://www.tsurubride.com creations. :D

haha! thanks Lotte! Last night, we were exhausted from the hours of walking.... so, once she gets up, we are heading to the beaches before going up to see the family... Great weekend!

We just got back from the long drive... we stop at a leather supplier in Toronto and baby picked up some BEAUTIFUL new metallic leather and an awesome red patent leather... LOOONG Drive... good to be home.

This is super late, but my excitement for a possible Tsururadio Presents... Rumours On Vinyl!!! sometime in the near future knows no bounds.

I don't think I've heard that full album since the 80s or 90s or something.... I hope it's in decent condition!
