Hey; I'm Ryan, 21, live in Birmingham, AL, go to the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, and love all kinds of music, but especially of the indie rock/pop/folk persuasion. I found this through my recent adventures on elbo.ws, looking for Frightened Rabbit - one of my new favorites. As a poor college student, I have no money for vinyls or record players, put I occasionally am able to enjoy my father's vast collection of LPs. And every once in a while I'll find a worthwhile album at the local thrift store (case and point: The Muppet Movie soundtrack on vinyl - there is nothing like listening to Kermit the Frog sing Rainbow Connection).
